ATOS’s server is connected directly to the server of the banks concerned in each country.
Also, your card will only be debited when the order is ready for shipment. If an item is sold out, it will be automatically deducted from your payment.

For orders via our webshop but also for orders via e-mail or by telephone.
If you have placed your order by telephone, e-mail or directly via our onlineshop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. This order confirmation shows which items you have ordered at which price and states freight charges, order-number and our bank data. The goods will be dispatched as soon as your payment is credited to our bank account. On the date of your goods' dispatch you will receive a notification by e-mail with the corresponding tracking number to follow your parcel.
